FED:Evans probes foreign work exploitation

Workplace Relations Minister CHRIS EVANS has sought an urgent briefing from Fair Work
Australia and Australia's building watchdog .. to make sure employers who exploit foreign
workers are being investigated.

Senator EVANS says he's becoming increasingly concerned by reports of companies attempting
to exploit foreign workers .. and undermine the wages and conditions of Australian workers.

The minister says he'll meet with Fair Work Ombudsman NICK WILSON and Australian Building
Construction Commissioner LEIGH JOHNS to ensure reported incidents are being properly
investigated.
