-Auer-Welsbach resigns from S&T supervisory board.

14 February 2011 - Austrian IT company S&T (WBAG:SNT) announced today the resignation of supervisory board member Wolfgang Auer-Welsbach.

Auer-Welsbach is leaving on his own accord, the company said without elaborating.

Auer-Welsbach received an eight-year sentence for fraud, breach of trust and falsification of financial data in the end of January 2011.
